The "Supplier Order Portal" project involved developing a customised, fully functional online portal for clients across Australia. The portal includes an in-built re-order system that is designed to meet the specific needs of each supplier. The project took 6 months to complete and is scheduled to go into production in mid-2023. This portal will streamline the ordering process for suppliers and improve their overall efficiency, resulting in better customer service and improved profitability.
The "John Cootes Re-Brand" project involved a major transformation of the company, which was established in 1981 as a small furniture business in New South Wales, Australia. Over the years, John Cootes grew to become a well-known brand in the Australian retail market, with a range of furniture and homeware products.
As part of the re-brand project, I led a comprehensive overhaul of the company's operations, transforming it into a fully functioning online enterprise that now services the whole of Australia. Through the implementation of modern e-commerce technologies and digital marketing strategies, I was able to help John Cootes reach new customers and grow its market share.
As a result of these efforts, John Cootes' annual revenue increased tenfold, making it one of the fastest-growing online retailers in Australia. This re-brand project has positioned John Cootes for continued success in the digital age, providing a strong foundation for the company's future growth and expansion.
The "Wholesale Air Conditioning" project involved a complete migration of the existing operation from WordPress to Shopify, as well as a comprehensive redesign of the company's website. As part of this project, I was also responsible for developing custom features that would improve the user experience and increase customer engagement.
One of the key custom features that I developed was the Aircon cost calculator, which allows customers to accurately quote their installation fees. This feature helps customers to budget and plan their purchases, and provides a higher degree of transparency throughout the buying process. Additionally, I created a split system Aircon size calculator, which is displayed on every product page and helps customers to determine which Aircon is best suited for their specific circumstances.
The project was a success, and Wholesale Air Conditioning has since become an ongoing client of Driver International Marketing. We continue to serve their marketing needs and work closely with them to ensure that their online presence remains strong and effective. The new website and custom features have helped Wholesale Air Conditioning to improve their customer engagement and increase sales, and have positioned them for continued success in the highly competitive air conditioning industry.
